Night Shift Pizza Baker

Duties:

The Pizza Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes according to established menus, recipes, and food safety standards. Duties include estimating food requirements, preparing ingredients, and cooking meals while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service.

The Pizza cook prepares dishes for customers by following established procedures and instructions provided by supervisors or chefs. The position involves inspecting kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Additional responsibilities include ordering food supplies and kitchen equipment as required, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas in accordance with sanitation standards. The Pizza Cook may assist in training other kitchen staff on proper food preparation, handling, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

1-2 years of proven relevant work experience in a similar setting or completion of programs for culinary is required.

•Strong interpersonal & relationship skills.

•High School diploma

•Ability to work on a flexible schedule, shift/work (weekends, late nights and early mornings).
From 9pm to 5am.

(Ability to handle mental homeless peoples)
