Romano’s Pizza is located at 995 Granville Street in downtown Vancouver, BC, right in the heart of the Granville Entertainment District. We are now serving also Turkish food.  NIGHT SHIFT FROM 9PM TO 5AM Responsibilities: - Keep records of the quantities of food used - Package take-out food - Portion and wrap foods - Serve customers at counters or buffet tables - Take customers' orders - Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs - Receive payments Certificate: - Serving It Right Certificate Personal suitability - Client focus - Reliability - Team player - Ability to multitask - Positive attitude - Able to handle homeless and drank customers

Duties: Preparing pizza dough, sauces and various toppings such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company receipts Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use Plating or packing pizzas accordingly Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers order are completed in a timely manner Disposing of expired os spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift Requirements: 2+ years of proven relevant work experience in a similar setting or completion of programs for culinary is required. •Strong interpersonal & relationship skills. •High School diploma •Ability to work on a flexible schedule, shift/work (weekends, late nights and early mornings).
