  Job Description: As the Dispatcher Coordinator , the position is responsible for the following duties: - Receive, manage, and efficiently dispatch incoming telephone calls and e-mails. - Dispatch technicians and maintain their job schedules ensuring to prioritize the most urgent and profitable calls. - Review/proofread, send, and follow up on quotes. - Create job tickets from quotes or incoming calls/e-mails. - Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring the very best in customer experience. - Follow up with technicians to ensure job notes and time are recorded and reported fully in our electronic jobs system. - Oversee the whereabouts of each technician and anticipate their needs to achieve optimal performance. - Ensure jobs flow efficiently from creation through to completion. - Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service delivery inquiries and comments. - Maintain on-calls schedules....
