Job Duties: Analyze organizational and managerial practices and provide recommendations to improve overall operational performance. Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures, and develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards to enhance service and operational efficiency. Conduct research and evaluate managerial policies, programs, and processes to identify areas for improvement and increased effectiveness. Recommend improvements to existing methods, systems, procedures, and operational practices, and plan and coordinate the reorganization of operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow. Supervise, guide, and support staff to ensure effective performance and achievement of organizational objectives.
