Job duties  

• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of cleaning staff.
• Inspect sites and facilities to establish safety and cleanliness standards.
• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services.
• Recruit and train new cleaning staff.
• Maintain and clean equipment and tools for the sewage treatment plant.
• Replenish supplies when needed.
• Assist cleaners in performing duties.

Terms of employment

Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)

Expected Employment Start Date: as soon as possible

Wage

$36.75/hour

Skills requirements

Education: Secondary school required.

Work Experience:

Min. 18 months of campground experience is required.

Must be willing to work on evenings and weekends.

Must be willing to take shifts on long weekends and Holidays when park is busy.

Must be willing to work split shifts from (9am-1pm) (5pm-9pm).

Own transportation.

Honest, reliable, and proactive with a long-term commitment to the role and the industry.

Must have a positive attitude and strong customer service focus, flexible and responsive to the client's needs.

Ability to multi-task with strong communication, organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Able to work efficiently even under pressure.
