Job Description
Milky’s Inc. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at our flagship café. The successful candidate will oversee staff, operations, and financial performance, ensuring that Milky’s high standards of service, consistency, and atmosphere are maintained.
Main Duties
- Oversee daily café operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high performance standards
- Manage inventory control, supplier relationships, and purchasing to support efficient operations
- Monitor and analyze sales, expenses, and budgets to optimize profitability
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new customers and retain loyal ones
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and occupational health regulations
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall visual presentation in line with brand standards
- Develop and update operational procedures to enhance efficiency and team productivity
- Prepare regular reports for ownership regarding performance, staffing, and improvements
Employment Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a café, restaurant, or similar food service environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and inventory
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace compliance standards
- Secondary school completion required; post-secondary education in hospitality or business is an asset

Salary: $60,030 per year
Hours: 30 hours per week
