Main Duties and Responsibilities

·         Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Manage and administer staff vacation and work schedules.

·         Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping of goods.

·         Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation processes.

·         Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to maintain a secure working environment.

·         Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments.

·         Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to warehouse team members.

·         Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new warehouse staff.

·         Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance

·         Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.

·         Maintain a safe and clean work environment

·         Monitor warehouse supply levels

·         Other general laborer duties may be required

Job Requirements

·         Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar role, demonstrating successful management of warehouse operations.

·         Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.

·         Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.

·         Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

·         Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.

·         High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

·         Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.
