Job duties

• Oversee entire inventory from receiving to storage to shipping.
• Receive all wholesale orders with Shopify.
• Manage and create profile for each item and prepare for online sales.
• Coordinate inventory maintenance counts as required.
• Review and approve reconciliation adjustments based on discrepancies.
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
• Supervise sales staff.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Support integration of new hires through targeted training sessions.
• Ensure accuracy and timely shipping of all online sales.
• Supervise the efficient layout of inventory to optimize space and accessibility.
• Perform key holding and managerial duties, such as opening and closing the store and signing for deliveries.

Terms of employment 

The position is indeterminate, full-time (40 hours per week)

Expected Employment Start Date: as soon as possible

Skills requirements – Education and Work experience

Education:

Secondary school is required.

Post-secondary education in business, communications or similar is an asset.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail sales & customer service is required.

Must be efficient in Shopify, Basic SEO and data entry.

Must have experience managing medium sized inventory.

Language requirements

Ability to communicate both written and verbally in English is required.
