Position: Head Baker
Number of Positions: 1
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school is required
AND
Either:
completion of a college or other program for bakers
or
Over 2 years of experience as a baker is required.
Language Requirements: English
Start date: ASAP
Wage: $20.10/hour
Hours: 30-40 hours per week including Early Morning (from 4:30am) and Weekend

Job Duties:
- Prepare dough for Cinamon buns, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes
- Bake mixed doughs and batters
- Frost and decorate Cinamon buns or other baked goods
- Ensure quality of products meets established standards
- Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
- Purchase baking supplies
- Oversee sales and merchandising of Cinamon buns and other baked goods
- Hire, train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Oversee maintenance of all equipment
- Oversee kitchen operations and create a daily kitchen schedule
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines
- Handle customer inquiries and special orders
- Ensuring all equipment, floors and surfaces are kept clean and pest-free on a daily basis
