We're Hiring: Full-Time Home Child Care Provider (NOC 44100)

Location: 16 Bryant Avenue, East York, ON, M4C 5G8
Permanent | Full-Time | Minimum 30 hours/week
$20.00/hour + Overtime (per ESA)

About the Role:

This is more than just a job—it’s a trusted position where you’ll play a key role in our child’s day-to-day life and development. From meal prep to story time, your presence brings stability, safety, and comfort to our home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for our child in a safe, nurturing environment
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
• Bathe, dress, and maintain hygiene routines
• Guide our child in social and emotional development
• Plan fun, educational activities and outings
• Keep records of daily routines and health updates
• Travel with our family and assist with supervision during trips
• Light housekeeping related to the child’s needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of child’s space
• Discipline using methods approved by parents

What We’re Looking For:

• Completion of secondary school (high school diploma)
• Minimum 1 year of childcare experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Warm, responsible, and genuinely caring personality

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20.00/hour
• Overtime pay for hours over 44 per week
• Vacation: Minimum 2 weeks paid after 12 months of employment
• Employment protections under Ontario’s ESA
• EI and CPP contributions
