We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and creative skills, hands-on experience with digital platforms, and a proven ability to drive customer engagement and business growth through strategic campaigns.

Job Duties
- Developing and scheduling engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Creating targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and promote moving services
- Monitoring analytics and adjusting digital content to maximize impressions, engagement, and conversions
- Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads
- Writing and publishing blogs and service-related content to improve organic search visibility
- Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies (on-page and off-page)
- Maintaining and updating website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Designing and distributing email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
- Performing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to align promotions with business goals
- Responding to online inquiries and messages on social platforms professionally and promptly
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Proficiency in social media management, SEO, paid ads, and digital analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, and CMS platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and branding consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital projects
Compensation
- Hourly Wage: $36.50
- Hours per Week: 30
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Overtime Pay: $54.75 per hour (1.5x the regular hourly rate) for hours worked beyond 44 hours/week, as per Ontario’s Employment Standards Act
