Pet Salon Supervisor.

Terms of employment:

Full-time, Permanent

 

Start Date:

ASAP

 

Education requirements:

Completion of secondary school

 

Job requirements:

Either Completion of training in dog grooming OR equivalent related experience is a must

 

Wage:

$22.00/hour

 

Hours:

30-40 hours per week

 

Benefits:

4% vacation pay

 

Job duties:

Ÿ   Hire and train staff (or arrange training) in job duties including safety procedures

Ÿ   Co-ordinate and assign duties to groomers

Ÿ   Resolve work-related problems and report to the business owner

Ÿ   Maintain supplies and material for smooth operation at the salon

Ÿ   Bath, shampoo and dry dogs

Ÿ   Trim and shaping dog’s hair in a variety of styles according to owner’s request

Ÿ   Clean ears, clip or file nails, and brush teeth for dogs as needed
