Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Purchaser to support our procurement operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B sales, wholesale, or supplier coordination — especially those with a proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance
• Source and purchase raw materials, packaging, and equipment in alignment with production demands
• Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and budget control
• Evaluate new vendor proposals and assist in onboarding approved suppliers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role in manufacturing, wholesale, or food processing
• Familiarity with supply chain operations and product life cycles
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor evaluation skills
• Experience with inventory or procurement systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in B2B sales or working with vendors is considered an asset
