The primary duties of the child caregiver include providing comprehensive childcare, ensuring the safety and well-being of the child, and assisting with daily routines such as feeding, napping, dressing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities to support emotional and social development. Additionally, light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying, organising toys, and performing light cleaning duties in common areas and the kitchen would also be expected. They would be responsible for meal preparation, planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the child. In addition to these tasks, the caregiver would regularly communicate with the parents about the children's progress, behaviour, and any concerns and monitor the children’s health.
