Job requirements:
・3 years or more experience in food preparation and/or food service
・Some supervisory experience in a restaurant
・Strong interpersonal skill
・Numeracy and program solving skills
・Japanese food knowledge is an asset
Educational Requirements:
Completion of high school
Language Requirements:
English

ASAP
Wage:
$35.00/hour
Benefits:
・4% vacation pay
・Dental coverage (after six months of full-time employment)

Hours:
30 ~ 40hours per week
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
- Determine menu and other services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers

Your primary location will be one of the following, but you may be required to work at/supervise another location depending on needs:

Edokko Nigiri Sushi: #120-3679 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC V7C 5V2
*These two locations are commutable with a travel time of 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus or bicycle, and 30 minutes on foot.
