Sea to Sky Painting Company Ltd is currently seeking an experienced painter helper for full-time work (40 hours per week), to commence as soon as possible. All work locations will be in the Squamish area. This is an entry-level position.

Job Requirements:
1. Experience: minimum 6 months of experience in residential painting
2. Language: basic to intermediate level English language (speaking and reading) at minimum
3. Education: no formal education required
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Remove old paint of walls and other surfaces and prepare them for painting
• Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding, sandblasting, etc
• Assist the master painter to mix painting materials, to apply paint and other decorative finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of residences
• Assist the master painter to clean and maintain all painting equipment, including brushes, rolls, sprayers and electronic sprayers and pumps
• May assist in erecting scaffolding, rigging and ladders as necessary in a manner consistent with safety codes
• Remove rubble and other debris at the work sites
• Perform other activities at construction sites as directed
