Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills to assist customers effectively.

Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally
- Analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer demands

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is required
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.23-$23.48 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Call center: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
