Job Duties:

  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital database

Work experience: Bachelor's Degree required. 2 years to less than 3 years of experience. On-the-job training will be provided.

Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 40 hours/week
