Hearthstone Inn Hotels is looking to fill 1 position of Office Administrator at each of their Dartmouth & PH, Sydney locations. Reporting to the Corporate Vice President, the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Tasks
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
Delegate work to Office support staff
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
Coordinate & plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budget controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Perform data entry
Prepare food order summaries for chef
Oversee and coordinate the office administrative procedures
