Hearthstone Inn Hotels is looking to fill 1 position of Hostess at their Dartmouth & PH, Sydney locations. Reporting to the General Manager, the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Tasks
Advise on wine selection and serve wine
Inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Answer customers' questions regarding menu items and preparation methods
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Attend to seating arrangements for large groups
Greet customers
Perform opening and closing activities
Receive customers' reservations and assign tables
Receive payments from customers
