Wage: Starting wage of $16.45/hour with incremental increases to $24.60/hour based on tenure as per our collective agreement
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full Time (74-80 hours per bi-weekly)
Location: 623 Main Street E, Neepawa, Manitoba R0J 1H0
Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum of one (1) to seven (7) months of experience in meat cutting/slaughtering or completion of a program in industrial meat cutting
Language: English
Specific Skills: Slaughter, eviscerate, and mark hogs for further processing; Debone edible parts and remove inedible organs or parts; Cut pork carcasses into primal cuts for further processing, cutting, or packaging for local, national, and international premium markets
