Job Description

Moovment Logistics Inc. is looking for One (1) Office Manager to perform the following duties:

  • Manage and coordinate courier and delivery personnel, customer support and oversee new clients and intakes
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • May supervise records management technicians and related staff.

Terms of Employment:

  • Salary: $27.40 per hour ($56,992.00 per year); 40 hours per week
  • Permanent, Full-Time
  • Start date: immediately

Skills Requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience; University Degree or College diploma is an asset but not a condition of employment
  • Experience: Minimum relevant experience of 1 year
