Counter Attendant

Position:  Contract, Permanent, Full time with overtime as needed 

Salary: $15.00/hrs. (min 30 hrs./week) 

Language:  Speak, Read, Write – English 

Education:  Secondary (High) School graduation certificate  

Experience: experience an asset

McDonalds Restaurant are looking for a new Counter Attendant for their restaurant in Chain Lake Drive, Halifax. The key responsibilities include:

Tasks

• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Load buspans and trays
• Package take-out food
• Portion and wrap foods
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
• Take customers' orders
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
