Job Duties: to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· Familiarize yourself with the production program as well as HACCP.
· Prepares ingredient quantities according to the needs defined on the manufacturing program while adhering to dosage specifications and ensuring traceability.
· Use of containers in accordance with current code (colour, dimensions)
· Incorporate the ingredients into the bowl and start the kneading program according to the current recipe to feed the production line without interruption.
· Ensures the transformation of the dough until it is deposited on the plates (process stage, division, shaping and molding)
· Responsible for feeding the oven, while respecting the time and temperature of the cooking of the product and monitoring the progress of the production. To this end, he must also follow the course of the steaming.
· Depending on the product, he must manage the output of the racks, monitor the cooking, the application of topping, and carry out quality and traceability controls in the dedicated software or on paper.
· Operate, pack, label, if necessary, put in baskets/crates and then palletize the finished products to then hand them over to the finished products storage warehouse. He must also check the orders to be packed
· Ensures an efficient and fast service of the processing of goods in the warehouse and packaging area.
· Be able to detect and resolve workstation operation issues.
· Check your recipe before each series: don't work from one production to the next out of habit. Given the changes and the number of existing recipes, this is a significant risk of error.
· Carry out cleaning/disinfection in accordance with the instructions and plan in force and register them.
· Alert the supervisor in the event of any technical problems with the machinery.
· Inspects the workplace and reviews the glass and plastic notebook.
· Always keep the work environment clean
· Any related duties deemed necessary by the supervisor on duty.
· Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
· Comply with health and safety rules in the workplace.
· Complies with hygiene charters
· Take the time to pass information on to the next employee during a shift change.
